My typical stress response is freezing up and it usually happens when I get nervous.

I'd like to feel more positive in my life. To achieve that goal I'm changing how I think of myself to be more positive.
3) An emotion you’d like to feel less of (complete the graphic organizer) and what you will do to make this happen
I'd like to feel less down because it affects how the rest of my day goes. To make this happen I'm gonna limit the hours of my phone use to see if it has something to do with my mood.
